You can remove or rename your Personalized Profiles at any time. To delete your personal data, contact Embody Support.

Please note: Removing a profile does not reset the number of profiles available on your account. If you create 5 profiles and then remove them, you will still be at the limit.

To remove a Personalized Profile:

1. In the game, go to Settings → Audio → Enhanced Headphone Mode.
2. Select Scan QR Code and scan it with your phone, then tap Settings in the upper-right corner.
3. Select Remove Profile and choose the profile to remove.
