COD | Error Code [NIS00]: Installation or Communication Issue

Error NIS00 appears due to installation issues, communication issues, or inability to reach servers with Enhanced Headphone Mode Call of Duty.

Fix:

  1. Relaunch the game
  2. If not resolved, reinstall the game
  3. Wait and try again (may be server issue)

Prevent in future:

  1. Do NOT change controllers while game is running (requires relaunch)
  2. Do NOT use Quick Resume on consoles without relaunching game
