How do I manage or cancel my Immerse subscription?

To manage your Immerse subscription (update payment info, view purchases, pause, or cancel), you'll need an account on the Embody website using the same email address you used at checkout.

New users

  1. Use this link to access your account.
  2. Make sure the email address matches the one you used during checkout.
  3. Once your account is created, log in to manage your subscription.

Note: Immerse subscriptions auto-renew unless you pause or cancel them.

Refund policy for cancellations

If you cancel, you may continue using the product until the end of your current billing cycle. Refunds are not issued for the remaining days left in the billing cycle.
