I'm having installation or uninstallation problems with Immerse. What do I do?

My installation was interrupted and I can't run the Immerse application

Try uninstalling the driver using the uninstall option, then install it again. If the uninstaller doesn't prompt you to uninstall the driver, you may need to uninstall it manually (see below). Then follow the installation process again.

I interrupted the uninstallation process and now reinstallation is causing problems

Reboot your system and try again. This should clear any dangling processes and resolve the problem.

The uninstaller did not remove Immerse

Try uninstalling Immerse manually. Go to: Control Panel -> Add/Remove a Program -> Immerse -> Uninstall.
