COD | "Thank You for Trying Immerse" License Expired Error

Message: "Thank you for trying Immerse. Please go to the Immerse Store to purchase a license" in Enhanced Headphone Mode Call of Duty

Cause: Your 30-day trial expired and you don't have an active license.

Fix:

For Xbox, PS5, or GamePass:

  1. Launch Call of Duty
  2. Go to Settings > Audio > Enhanced Headphone Mode Configuration
  3. Click "Get Immerse Gamepack" button
  4. Complete purchase
  5. Toggle EHM OFF then ON to update permissions

For Battle.net or Steam:

  1. Launch Call of Duty
  2. Go to Settings > Audio > Enhanced Headphone Mode Configuration
  3. Scan QR code with phone
  4. Click "Get Immerse Gamepack" button
  5. Complete purchase
  6. Toggle EHM OFF then ON to update permissions

Alternatively (Battle.net/Steam):

  1. Purchase directly at: Embody.co/COD
  2. In-game, activate your license code

Important: Use same Activision User ID to ensure your Personalized Profile carries over.
