Enhanced Headphone Mode is a spatial audio setting inside Call of Duty that creates 3D sound through headphones. It's powered by Immerse Spatial Audio technology and works on all platforms.

Two Profile Options:

  1. Universal Profile (free): Default spatial audio tuned to Call of Duty's sound design—no setup required
  2. Personalized Profile ($19.99 one-time, includes 30-day free trial): Custom-tailored to your ear shape, head anatomy, and specific headphone model

How It Works: Enhanced Headphone Mode renders full 360-degree spatial audio directly inside the game engine. Every sound—footsteps, gunfire, explosions—is positioned with precision, including above and below your field of view. This is different from standard EQ or generic surround sound because it's calibrated specifically to Call of Duty's audio design and visual perspective.

Personalized Profile (AI-powered): Uses machine learning to analyze your ear image and create a Head-Related Transfer Function (HRTF)—a custom audio profile based on your unique physiology. Also adapts to your headphone model's sonic characteristics.

Result: Accurate sound directionality, improved spatial awareness, and enhanced immersion compared to standard audio options.
